Hello,

My parents are celebrating their 40th year anniversary and we would like to spend 7 nights during New Year's eve in Miami Beach this year.

We are looking at beach front condo rentals only. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
We are a group of 14 and are looking for probably 4 x 2 Bedroom units in the same building. Our max budget would be $2300 for each 2 bedroom condo for the week. Total Budget is $9200.

We looked at the Akoya, where they had 4 x 2 bedroom units available at $309/night for weekly rate and were all excited...only to find out that they have a minimum stay requirement of 2 weeks

Then we looked at the Roney Palace with 2 different agencies and they both told us they had a minimum of 1 month rental...

Ideally, we would like to be within walking distance to Lincoln Road on Collins (Beachfront only). Not too interested on Ocean Drive units.

Any suggestions would be truly appreciated!!!

Thanks

SM
