Hi guys!, the most walkable part of Miami is Coconut grove, with nice restaurants, galeries, the mall, grocery stores and bodegas just a few steps of everywhere. The people in cococnut grove are mostly white about 70% , latinos 20% and 10% afro americans; is a very affluent neighborhood, rent might me more expensive than in Downtown or sobe. coconut Grove is defenitely the most walkable part of the city, metrorail and trolley service make it very friendly for people who don't like to drive a lot., I have lived here since 1993 and I don' t use use my car to move around. I can even go to the beach on train and bus.

^^They are talking about the Metrorail and the Metro Busses, it can be done from the Grove. It just will take some time and a little walking depending on what part of the Grove they are in.

Crossing the US1 has to be one of the most terrifying things I have to do everyday. Well, at least it is much easier than crossing Kendall Drive or Calle 8 (west).
