joust wondering how much will be my electric bill if i move to a 1400 sq apt with ac 24/7.

if it's ac 24/7 then you can expect 200+/300+ dollars every month.

Depending if it's a newer bldg, my condo is 910 sqft energy efficient & we are at $100 a month. Where I lived was a 1992 condo 980 sqft & we spent $150. We never turn it off, we place the thermostat at 78 during the day & it stays cool. I have a home office & don't need to adjust it, at night we lower it to 70.
