Are you serious?!?!!?!?!
The parties and clubs start at 10PM and close late in the night or early in the morning, that statement is ridiculous!
And why would you drive drunk?!?!?!!?
And i might add that Miami has the best nightlife in the country rivaled only by probaly Las Vegas.

JDMR09 , although I usually never agree with Tallrick on anything ... did you mean that the nightlife is great in Miami Beach ... I would agree with that, as it rivals anything in the U.S.

Miami itself does not have much nightlife , other than the Grove and parts of Brickell ... although I hear the Design District is starting to pick up .

You can't even find a decent restaurant open after 10PM in most of the county. Sure the older cities with a 1/2 way safe crime rate have their "hot spots", but try and find something to do out in Kendall late night. Nothing at all is open west of the turnpike expressway. In the downtown/beach areas you'll find crowds and very little parking. On the other hand going to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables on a Sunday can be a pleasant experience. Getting robbed or mugged in the crack (design) district is not something I would ever want.

Theres plenty of latin clubs in kendal and miami, its not packed and flooded with clubs and late night restaurants but you can find them easily. And most cities do have entertainment districts thats why most are in south beach in the beach. In miami they are in downtown, brickel, and the design district. Try finding a place where all the restaurants are open all over the city after 12 and are packed with people late into the night in the streets.
