Hi, we currently live in the Jacksonville area and would love to visit Miami for a weekend getaway. We are looking for a somewhat "family-oriented" hotel on the beach. We are mostly interested in a relaxing couple of days on the beach with our daughter, not a party or clubbing scene. We definitely want a nice hotel with an option of an ocean view room with a balcony. There doesn't need to be a spa, etc., just clean and preferably under $200/night. Thank you in advance for any information!

Hollywood beach is also an option if there is a nice resort/hotel there. Thank you, again!

Stick with Hollywood and try the Marriott. Do not go to Miami Beach.

I have stayed at the Loews with my little ones. It is fantastic! Great pool and beach access, and the staff was great with the children.
