Holy cow, what a great feature Google has come up with. I've been looking for images of Miami to get a feel for the neighborhoods and this new feature is friggin awesome. Liberty City (as I had already been warned about) looks JUST like the scrub areas in LA and is what I expected. This will definitely help me choose a neighborhood in MIA.

Google Earth is indeed a nice tool that I enjoy looking at for curiosity's sake.

This is not google earth, it is a feature on google maps that lets you actually see photographs of the streets

OMG! I just tried out the google street view for Miami, and it looks like a run down DUMP!! Maybe I happened to pick a crappy street? I dont know anything about Miami, but from what some of these streets look like, I sure wouldnt want to be walking or driving there alone!

btw i randomly picked 2 streets, one was 54th and one was 17th, lol.

Google Street view will be awesome once it gets out of beta. This is a fantastic tool - not perfected as yet, but great.
