Blacks and Latins co-exist in Miami but they dont really 'get along'. Latins from Latin America in Miami are probably more prejudice that the majority of the US population.. I am half black and half Latin so this is my perspective. People often think I am only Latin because of my last name, so I get a front row seat to it all..In short, many Latins in Miami very racist and dont really want black people in their neighborhoods..

As part of the original thread LOL I think its important to establish two things so we can guide you a bit better. #1 - What type of income level does the typical black family have that would do business with you? and #2 - Of what origin is this black family? As in, do you cater to american blacks? You would go to a certain area. Do you cater more to Caribbean black families? Other areas would be more proper for you to set up. American blacks and Caribbean blacks are very different... and you would need to really think about your target market before proceeding.

There is not one white government in any of the African countries, or in any of the Caribbean Community countries: Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Bahamas, Guyana, Haiti, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla Cayman Islands, and others.
I am sure that you will agree that whites are not in charge in China, India, Pakistan, or in any Arab country. LOL.

black america got the vote in 1965 and already they own the democratic party. give it time. in 1965 could you even imagine a black secretaty of state in the future: powell then rice. and rice is probably one of the best they have had.
black america will outgrow it's poor, uneducated person stigma. most blacks can move into the middle class within the next twenty years if they take education more seriously. black youth the world over are not hitting the books enough. education, and especially higher education, is the passport to the luxury condo and the mercedes, not the lottery ticket.
