I have a 1800 square feet town home and was wondering what is the going rate for someone to clean home? Service includes cleaning floors, bathrooms and vaccum other supplies included.

I used to pay $80 for a 2200 SF home but she did come once a week which is why she gave us a better deal... Florida is cheaper than ATL for sure... I pay $100 here for a smaller home...

It depends, I used to pay $50 every two weeks, but she didn't do laundry but did everything else bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc... Windows once a month. She isn't working anymore, otherwise I would pass on her info.

In Ath,GR,the going rate is E 50/$ 70 for 7 hours' work...enough to clean a typical 1000 sf apt.

But in USA,with typical 2000sf homes,a cleaner would need...10h ,for,say,$90...

When I settle in Mia,I would like to find a good cleaner for 90/week, $360/month...

The humane thing to pay should be at least $100 and that should be less than 8 hours. I wouldn't pay less than that but that's just me.

Some people don't have a problem paying $200 for an expensive meal in a restaurant but have issues with paying $20 or $40 to a cleaning person. That's unbelievably selfish in my opinion and probably not the action of a very good person in the first place.
