car theft and property crime is the biggest problem in little havana.

I drove through the neighborhhod yesterday and thought it was just fine. The houses are cute spanish bungalows and the strreet was very clean and houses well kept. I will look in other areas to a better idea of the entire area though. Thanks everyone!

I was there in that area at the end of last year and it was unsafe, rundown, and ugly! One of the ugliest places in Miami that I ever visited before.... I would never live in that area, I prefer Hialeah instead!
