This Monocycle was invented and built in Michigan.

What do you think?
Would you try it or use it as an alternative to saving gas?

Nope, not interested. Even if you could get a snow tire for that thing, it would be a ***** . Honestly I would rather go for a regular Motorcycle, that way you don't have something directly in your line of sight as you are riding.

Not with our weather and poor road conditions.

It looks like fun!

But I wouldn't use it for commuting...not practical in any sense. A single puddle, let alone wet roads, and your butt would get splashed. I can't imagine being that low to the ground from a driving standpoint, either....many years ago I drove an MGB for fun and didn't like looking sideways at the bottom of other vehicle doors in traffic.

I don't understand what the point of it is other then to have something unusual.
I would like to ride it once for fun, but then give me a lightweight motorcycle or even a scooter/moped any day for commuting purposes (during good weather).
