is walking distance to Hagar Park and Lake Michigan beach access in Southwestern Michigan. I believe it is in or near Hagar Township. I understand it is about 15 miles south of South Haven, which is where we have rented in the past.

Any thoughts on this area?

That area is very nice if you need to relax, and need to decompress. A lot of the SW Michigan coast has been overdeveloped, this one of the last more remote areas until you go north of Muskegon.

If you have kids that need to be constantly entertained, they might get bored....but nothing an afternoon in South Haven or St. Joe won't cure.

Thanks, that's what we are looking for. And the kids can entertain themselves with beach activities.
