You're probably right. Went in there a couple of times this summer and they had a 50's theme with music & Elvis posters, offered 2 types of sandwiches (lousy meatball hero and a mulligatawny) and mediocre soups. Italian guy from NYC with a personality but food that was woefully boring. Hence, not enough customers to pay the rent.
