Wow.

Just wow.

I proudly attended game 3 of the first round here in Phoenix (Glendale, really).

I guessed about 5 thousand Wing fans attended.

Every time I turned around, someone asked me what part of Michigan I was from.

I met folks from Sterling Heights, Canton, Grand Rapids, and Westland.

The coolest fan though?

A gal my age from Traverse City who had my aunt as a teacher in high school.

Its a small world lol ! One more win and this series is up for grabs , certainly the San Jose Guppies can't feel good about themselves right now lol

Not sure if you've heard of Detroit Memories , but they have get togethers in Phoenix

Only the Red Wings can pull this thing off but really.....it's either play hockey or Happy Gilmore time. Too bad they wasted the first 3 games trying to feel out the Sharks when they've played them once or twice before.

They wernt feeling them out...they were outplayed plain and simple! We had absolutely NO offence in the first 3 games....also key players are hurt. They just need to set Franzin (sp) down...as much as he wants to play he is not able to make the plays we need right now.

The Wings were certainly playing well below their potential in those first 3 games.

I'm still rootin' for them but just a little ticked at them for getting themselves in this position. Yes, the Sharks are tough and that first game was a major adjustment coming off the Coyotes series but they should've known this.

All losses are 1 goal games. I hope game three doesn't end up being the straw, they outplayed SJ and deserved to win that one.
Go Wings!!!!!!!!!

I kind of wish the Wings would get more emotional. Let Abdecator's rookieness in there and hit somebody!

Great Hockey. I think I enjoy the NHL when it's not the Wings playing. I get tense in games like these. The Wings look cool as cucumbers and I'm in a knot. GIVE IT TO ABDICATOR!!!
