i like Jet's pizza. yes it is a chain but better than most. the Jet's special is really good if you like lots of toppings and reasonable prices.

Default Jets

They just went up about a dollar a pizza in price, at least they did in the Macomb County area. A dollar on every size.

For chain pizza; Jets is the best or at least it was when before we moved from MI to FL in 2004.
No Jets here so we get it at Costco. Huge and $9.95 with all the toppings.
Haven't had LC or Dominoes in years. I could never tell if I was eating the pizza or the box!

Dominoes has been running new ads locally claiming a "revamped" pizza formula. What I recall looked deep-dish and appetizing (similar to Jet's?), however I haven't tried it.

Jet's is good but Buddy's is much better.

My top three are in no particular order:

Buddy's
Cloverleaf (East Detroit)
Green Lantern (Madison Hts.)

Red Devil Pizza in Detroit I believe on/ was on Greenfield Rd. South of 8 mile.
Not sure if they are still around but the grease would flow down your arm if not carefull.
Mmmm.
