Hi
I have to move to Saginaw county asap. I am not familiar with the area at all and nervous about the change. Two apartment communities I have looked at are The Crossings at Buena Vista (hess & dixie) & Camelot Place (off of center rd). Has the Buena Vista complex improved as much as the apartment staff are telling me or is it still very unsafe? Is Camelot in township still safer? I only have to be here for 1 year but my quiet & safety are most important.. please help

Camelot Place in general is a much safer bet than anywhere in Buena Vista. The Hess & Dixie neighborhood has a lot of crime. Is there a reason these are the only two places you're considering? There are other apartment complexes in the area, but a lot of that depends on where you'll be working.

Clarify if you have transportation available so people can give you more information. Also I'd call the police department and ask for crime statistics if you can't find them on the web.
