We are looking for a small cottage (with shared access) on an inland lake on the west side of the state? We would like to spend $100k or less as we will only be there for 3 months in the summer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What are the lakes like at Canadian Lakes? We like to boat and wonder how they compare to the Tri-lakes in Mecosta.
