Sort of but I think the saying is Four out of five great lakes prefer Michigan.

Maps are repulsive, it is very hard to look at them, kind of like a boil.

YES. Some Americans are poorly educated about the geography of North America,


Example... The couple from Ohio ( their car was parked about 50 feet away so I could see the plate ) who asked me ... Is that the Atlantic Ocean... No I said, it is Lake Ontario, one of the Great Lakes..... She asks me , with a straight face............What makes it so great ?


I was speechless.
