This webcam doesn't show the beach but it's at Holland State Park.
You're looking at the channel from Lake Macatawa going out to Lake Michigan.
It refreshes every 30 seconds so it's not as exciting as the Grand Haven webcam.
You can get some great views of the sunset with this webcam too.

Elk Rapids beach. To the left is Grand Traverse Bay and the land you see in the distance is Old Mission Peninsula. Far off straight ahead where the water keeps going is Lake Michigan.
