What a dirty trick was played on Northville residents.

They will have no control over what goes up in that area and why would the builders care?

High end homes are not selling now in MI. So what could the builders put in that area that would guarantee them a return?

More unleasable strip malls? Rental apartments?

I think it is a sad situation for N'ville.
I don't know why they let those people do that.

It's all about money. The contractors have it. They spread it around to whomever so they can build whatever they want. What a joke!
