I want to know if all the People of Michigan feel they have a say with what happens in the city of Detroit or should we keep our opinons to ourselfs. The welfare dollars given to Detroit come fron all Michigan Taxes Dollars,
I mean the Tax Base in Detroit can't pay all it's Taxes that's why Detroit is Buddy Buddy's with the Governor. so that Welfare money get sent to Detroit
