I am looking to rent a very small (for one person) cabin in the Gaylord or Mancelona area way out in the woods. I am going on a golf trip and do not want to stay in town. I live out in Las Vegas now and would like to come back to enjoy the outdoors, fresh air and wildlife. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I couldn't find anything on Michigan.org. Thanks.

Google Boyne Mountain or Traverse City area. There are numerous cabins or condos for rent by the association or private owners.

Boyne mountain has some nice cabins. We stayed in them a few times. However, they are bigger then what you are looking for (3-4 bedrooms).
