Hi everyone. I posted a thread a few weeks ago about living with mold. Well section 8 is letting me out. But i have so many health issues now that its hard for me to do the packing and oh my goodness what about doing the move. I cant do that on my own this time. And what about our stuff. With mold coming up into the vents and what not.. My kids are sick as hell. One child has missed school for almost 3 weeks now. I am on a nebulizer all the time too. With our health issues and what not should i sue my landlord for damages and what not?? I would like to beable to get a moving company in here and do this for me for there is no way i can. And should i get property damage too for my new furniture and beds and what not. I bought my new furniture for the first time in my life in oct. Should i sue my landlord for she knew about the basement suptic tank breaking in early dec and the black mold in my bath room. Didnt do nothing but drain the basement. Now to find out my daughters room has a leak in the ceiling which happend last year too to what the land lord said which also prob has mold growing in the attic.. But she hasnt been here to do anything at all. So with knowing all this should i sue my landlord??? What about mentel stress too lol.. I tell you i have been in living hell.. Worst move ever in my life! Any info would be great.. Thank you.. Oh and we are moving back to macomb county.. Country living i guess isnt for me..

Since you can probably demonstrate that you've been injured by living there, you may well have a case. Find a personal-injury atty who does free consultations and see if they A) think you have a case and B) will take the case on contingency.
