Default safe area

I am moving to Flint in a few days and am looking for an apartment. Is the Court St. Village apartment area safe? Is the LaPeer apartment area safe?

Court St. area is generally safe and I never hear anything about that part of Flint on the news. I'm not qualified to give you information about the LaPeer area because I'm really not familiar with it.

It's capital, not "capitol."
And Lapeer, not "LaPeer."

Shoot, if you can't even spell comomn terms and place names correctly using normal as-she-is-spoken English that they teach in schools here, how is anyone going to take you seriously as a halfway-knowledgeable resident?
