yep I got tier 1 and 2 extensions and now collecting the EB....which is the last 20 weeks available. Have you given them a call yet to see what is up with your unemployment? Hopefully they can give you some good news.

I got thru to the unemployment office && after calling them for the past 2 months i finally got to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. she said that i should have been receiving my benefits for the past month. that whoever i talked to hadnt applied me for them. so she did that && shes sending me a couple of those papers to fill out for the jobs cause she doesnt know how long my packet will take. thank goodness. its about time. so hopefully i will get my first check next week .

Everything was going real smooth, until yesterday. A temp service I worked 2 weeks for, over a year ago, called yesterday. Your not supposed to refuse work, but it's a 99% chance it's going to be some podunk, BS assignment, that's only going to last a week anyhow. I wish they werent so 'concerned' about finding me work.

Just a heads up for those who call MARVIN on Monday's , specifcally this last Monday 5/4/2009 . The money may not be in your bank yet . I caught it on the news here in Detroit that there was a glitch in the system , and direct deposits weren't sent out . I'm a Monday call in , so I drove to my bank tonight to check , and sure enough no deposit was made yet as of today . The news said it should be in by tomorrow . I wish I wouldn't have sent 3 checks out already
