I left Flint in 1989 and have been searching ever since for a restaurant with foods that would satisfy my palate. There was a restaurant in the Windmill Place (I think it was some type of Asian/Polynesian/Carribean style food). All I can remember is that the owner was a foreign lady with long black hair. I ate there 2-4 times a week and ordered the same dish every time.

I think it was some type of lo mein noodles, pork, pineapple, onions, red/green peppers, and possibly carrots. I have not been able to find anyplace that serves anything with the same sauce. I have been craving it ever since I left home. Does anyone either remember the name of the restaurant, the owner's name and where I can reach her, etc.?

I would very much like to have this dish again and find somewhere here in the Atlanta area that may possibly serve it. If not, I will make sure to try to do additional research to find the person/restaurant I am seeking.
