Well i dont think there are major differences i guess really i think was brought because our current govenor does tend to favorite Detroit as does our president also when people think Michigan they think Detroit which does cause some kind of resentment b/c unless you've been too the grand rapids area and lake michigan beachtowns u pretty much dont know it exists which is also y we like too think we have our own little world that we can invent and improve and individualize from what is typically thought of michgan ie detroit but we also would like some attention as well because too us its unfair that Detroit gets all of the attention which is why we go too Chcago because we love going there and dont have resentment towards it because they come too us and bring a lot of summer tourism too this side of the state
