DAV's discriminated against at work?

Well, I asked for a transfer to the other plant, we'll see if it happens. Keep your fingers crossed. I told my immediate supervisor that I feel that I'm being disseminated against by the two floor supervisors because of my physical limitations. And that I feel that they keep putting me on the same machine that I can't keep up with as a means to me set me up for failure.

Now that the New Year is here, I was told that I would be transfered to the other plant before any new hires are placed there. I'm waiting patiently to see if they hold to there promise or not. I have many friends there keeping an eye out for me to let me know if they hold to what they have promised. I just hope that the next move on my behalf isn't a trip to a lawyer for a "Dissemination Law suite".
