Don't tell anyone what they are eligible or not eligible for, unless you ACTUALLY do the job...I see this happening ALL the time at work, people think that they are not eligible for things, that they actually ARE eligible for...because their NIEGHBOR told them...blah blah...

True, he should talk to a recruiter for the real info. Based upon the experience of my son, if he's on probation, which is seems may be very likely due to 2,3, & 4, that will have to be completed first. And as he doesn't have a current license, he may not be eligible for any driving positions.
