We are moving to the area in Sept. and are looking to rent a single family home in a SAFE neighborhood. Cant decide between the two. ANY recomendations??? Thanks
Either will be good though Southern Pines is more of a drive than Anderson Creek. I used to live in the subdivision of Deer Creek which was ok....it's the first light you hit after you get into Spring Lake while you're driving south towards Fayettehell on 87. It's the only place within Cumberland Co. I know of that's relatively safe.

Try this North Carolina 'Advanced Search' of the word Bragg in the Titles, I get 73 threads: Search Then click on 'Search Now' icon at the bottom of the page.
Go to Deprecated Browser Error I would go with Anderson Creek. It's closer and safe. You may also want to consider Carolina Lakes. That's a excellent neighborhood as well.
We checked out both areas and decided to buy in Anderson Creek. Southern Pines is beautiful however, it is a drive. Anderson Creek goes above and beyond for their residents and is in a great area!I would suggest going to ACC and any other communities and ask for a tour so you can get a real feel for the areas and see which makes you feel most at home! Hope this helps!
