Hello. Back in Jan 2018, I requested my St. Alban's med records to be sent to NYPD for employment and the records manager in the office told me it will be sent the same day. It is May 5th and my doctor from the NYPD has not yet received it. Who do I need to talk to about this situation and get this expedited as fast as possible? Thank you.

Where was the records manager that you spoke to and when were you a patient? The Naval Hospital St Albans closed in 1973. It's possible that the Veteran's Administration has your medical records from Naval Hospital St Albans's, NY on file. I also recommend contacting the National Personnel Records Center in St Louis. This link has good information that may assist you in your search.

Are you referring to military health records from decades ago or current health records at the VA facility now at that location?
