My friend's kid has problems with his hip. It didn't develop properly. He had a surgery and can run and be very physical. I don't see him having a problem doing whatever anyone else would be asked to do. I wonder if this would keep from being in the military? else than a giant scar and his hip being a bit crooked he looks like anyone else. Thoughts?

There is not enough information for anyone to make an educated guess, but "problems" can certainly be a problem. Does the kid want to be in the military?
