Question about BAH during separation?? (Army, enlisted, military, best)

This is confusing! Everyone is giving me different numbers. The JAG office says one thing, my ex won't agree to the amount I told him was given to me because he says someone told him it can be anywhere between 17% to 22%. It wasn't that way when I was still enlisted...when did percentages come into play? IF it is true- who will decide what percent to use?

When I look at the BAH chart there is a hard figure...I'm just not sure if I am looking at the right table and the right column.

Can anyone tell me which to use or is there some number I can call for verification? I tried Army One Source but all the did was tell me to call the local JAG office which gave me the amount my spouse won't pay. (Any suggestions outside of his unit? He is in a very small specialized unit and they are all practically drinking buddies- no matter the rank).

My best advice is to contact someone who specializes in military divorces/seperations and is familiar with federal law. JAG is not much help when it comes to getting info on seperations and stuff of that nature. Something else, try googling BAH regulations and you will find the regulation.
With the military, you do get different information. Thats a main reason why I search for the regs myself.
