It's pretty much the same on the air side. There may be a few isolated AGR's out there who deploy, but otherwise most of them are dedicated homestation with a specific mission.

I know plenty of Army National Guard AGR soldiers that have deployed with their units; actually most all MTOE units. It of course can vary by state.

I was thinking the difference between a US servicemember and a part-timer [reservist of some capacity].
