Yes, NFCU has historically has had very low rates. I guess I bank differently than other folks...I never lock in all my financial needs to one place. I no longer get loans on cars nor do I plan to ever buy a new car again. But when I was younger if I needed a loan, I shopped around at banks and find the lowest interest rates, then I apply for the loan, with no intentions of opening a checking/savings account or anything. Rates change several times a day. There's a local CU here that runs 5.25% for 60 months, with no payments or accrued interest for 90 days.
