The software does that in an attempt to categorize the thread.

Rich, I don't know if you've already tried, but I used the "Edit Thread" function and "(Marines, training, officer)" wasn't even in the window...

After getting 3 agencies involved (regulatory commission, BBB, and Atty Gen) a few weeks ago- finally after 6 months-

refund check for the full amount!
