Am a single,40 year old male,moving for work.
Grew up in NYC ,looking for a cool loft space to live,more raw and not gentrified,any suggestions on neighborhoods ?Much of what I am seeing is overdone and yuppi-ish,would appreciate the suggestions of knowledgeable locals

Riverwest, Historic Walker's Point, Bay View. In that order, Historic Walker's Point boundaries: I94/43 on the west the river on the east, the river on the north down to Greenfield Ave.
