I'm wondering if a person could get a two bedroom for under $700 month?

I used to live there many years ago...

It used to be called a city of homes....not particularly a lot of apartments...but that may have changed some....
$700, would give you an apartment worth $70,000...I'm afraid that there's not that much in that price range....2 of my 4 kids still live in Tosa...so I get up the every now and then....
Kinda nice place by todays standards....farther east towards 60th street, it gets alittle 'bad'....

Good luck

There are lots of new apartments in Tosa these days, but Grede foundry is still there. The health issues that may develop from foundry pollution may/or may-not eventually take a persons life... I don't know. But why would you want to risk it. Save your money, and rent away from the dirty air.
