Does Milwaukee have any sports bars focused on soccer? Where do you go to watch World Cup matches in Milwaukee?

The Nomad on Brady and Highbury on KK are big soccer pubs. Many others get into the spirit too. I watched EURO 2012 at the Garage and it was packed too.

I usually go to Highbury, which is a short-ish walk, so I've never checked out any of the other spots in town.

I saw the U.S. vs Portugal match at Nomad yesterday. It was In. Sane. I don't think they were expecting that crowd. You couldn't move, you couldn't get beer. You couldn't get into the bars. Had to buy beer at the liquor store, there was a line there as well, so I'm walking around with a 6 pack dangling from my finger. People kept moving into Brady St & the poor bouncer from Nomad was trying to corral them onto the sidewalks. The cops eventually barricaded Brady, about time too. I'm surprised no one was hit. But it was a good time. Good match although I was rooting for Portugal.

Lol, I've never rooted for the U.S. soccer team. It's always been Brazil for me. Can't help it, they're just not good.

And you like the Yankees, Lakers and Cowboys, too?

I actually don't watch sports except for some soccer & tennis. Did I touch a nerve?
