Is there a good gym near the Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in the Upper East Side? I'm planning on relocating there soon.

Also, this may sound strange like a strange question, but how long does the daylight last in Milwaukee in the winters? Like from x AM to x PM in December. Is it humanly possibly to run outdoors in the Milwaukee cold at the peak of the winter?

By the way, is this Oak Leaf Trail I'm seeing in Google Maps a bike/running trail? If so, do they clear the snow off those trails as well?

Thanks a bunch.

1) 2 closest is Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness.
2) 8am to 4pm in December, some crazy people do run when it's zero or 20 below outside.
3) Yes, doubt it

Thanks Merkin. I'll look into both of those, and from the internet it appears both cost around $35 a month and have relatively high cancellation fees.

They do clear the Oak Leaf trail through winter, although it's usually later in the day after the snowfall... they don't have plows working it immediately during the storm or anything like that. Many people ride it through winter but use studded tires... there are some icy spots.

Oh so there will be a lot of bike traffic in those trails generally? So it may not be the best idea to run on them even in the evenings after snow gets cleared since it'll be dark by around 4 in the winters per above?
