How would you rate the following areas (1=Most dangerous, 10=Safest)

A- North of 94, East of Merrill Park, West of the Rave, south of wells
B-South of W Walnut st, North of Park east corridor, East of 43, west of schlitz park
C- Area just north of the area listed in B (South of north ave, west of river)
D- Neighborhoods north and west of vincent high school
E- Florist Highlands/Heritage heights, and areas just east of them.
F- 10th-18th st along capitol
G- Area surrounding Milwaukee Lutheran High School
H- 60th-76th along Silver spring
I- West of Holton, East of 43, North of North Ave, South of Capital

Sorry if thats alot, very curious about all of these areas.

I'M AWARE SOME OF THESE ARE NOT ON THE LOWER NORTH SIDE, I was originally going to just ask about the first two areas but then I started thinking of more.

F - I stayed for a week at Airbnb house somewhere in that area (actually Central st x 20th). My host said that it might look bad, but neither he, nor any of his guests ever had any problems. My car was parked on the street all nights and I never had any problem during my stay.

H- a few years ago, I went with some boyscouts for a food drive to that area. It actually looked residential, clean and nice during the day. We got a week (or two?) after to collect non-perishable food and people did give some donations too.

If you want, take a bus and scout those areas during the day. If it's dirty and you feel uncomfortable there, you probably don't want to visit those areas at night. If you have a car, drive through areas you actually think are OK and check again.

Why do people say west of holton? What exactly does that signify?

It separates Riverwest and Harambee.

Just to clarify, there is no "Lower North Side", no one says that.

With that out of the way... these reflect my opinion based on where I've lived & mostly when I drive through many of these neighborhoods. My advice is worth what it cost you:

Worst to best

Not great:

H- 60th-76th along Silver spring
I- West of Holton, East of 43, North of North Ave, South of Capital **north of Locust**
A- North of 94, East of Merrill Park, West of the Rave, south of wells
D- Neighborhoods north and west of vincent high school
E- Florist Highlands/Heritage heights, and areas just east of them.

Better, still not great:

B-South of W Walnut st, North of Park east corridor, East of 43, west of schlitz park
F- 10th-18th st along capitol
I- West of Holton, East of 43, North of North Ave, South of Capital **south of Locust**
G- Area surrounding Milwaukee Lutheran High School
C- Area just north of the area listed in B (South of north ave, west of river)

Yup.

I know a few (white) folks who bought on the "wrong" side of Holton because they got the houses cheap, liked Riverwest, and thought the area would "turn" (people have wrongly speculated this for many, many years). They have to deal with a large amount of headaches. Cars get stolen and get found on blocks down the road in alleys. There are break-ins. You hear more frequent gunshots. I personally wouldn't do it. But the other home owners/neighbors are generally nice and there's a sense of pride/community to balance out the "bad." They don't regret it.

What makes Florist Highlands/Heritage heights not great? Those areas look pretty nice from the outside looking in, although I've never really been in them.

Heritage Heights is unfortunately located near the "Wild 100s." So there is gang activity in the area, but not specifically in Heritage Heights itself.
