We are moving to the Milwaukee area in the next couple months, and I'm needing a new phone ASAP. I've had several friends recommend Spectrum, but would hate to go that route & find out it blows in the Milwaukee area! I've also heard that T-Mobile recently took over some Verizon towers, so Verizon has been going downhill. Any thoughts on what the best service in the area is?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

AT&T which also owns Cricket. Both have similar service and seem to work well.
Verizon in eastern Wisconsin is surprisingly bad.
Supposedly it also depends on what type of phone you have. Maybe latest greatest works where others don’t. Something to do with 5G perhaps.
I also had mixed results with U.S. Cellular in the area.
Not sure about T-Mobile.

I know that there are some areas in Wisconsin that has only Verizon coverage (well, maybe US Cellular, too). Some places in Door county (around Peninsula State Park for instance). Areas around Baraboo, WI. I have Tmobile and it's 4G is not good even in Mequon (my phone is not capable of 5G). So, if you go with TMobile, 5G-capable phone is a must.
