[quote=TommyGavin;10030185]You were the one who stated you had far more time in the inner city than do I.
A statement made without knowing a thing about me. You want to make statements such as that, you're doing a lot of talking.
If I misunderstood you, I apologize for that, but my opinion on this city is well founded, and well researched.

I'm not insulted, but it just irks me when someone drops the "I have seen more than you" line.

I see your point. I guess I was a little over the top. I was trying to make a point. I wasn't trying to turn this into a competition. No hard feelings.

Same here.

It's tough while posting to get the total message, and very easy to not clearly understand a posters idea do to a lack of direct interaction. I know I will have one thing on my mind, post it, and have it completely misunderstood.

Does anyone have the current statistics for the number of murders thus far in 2009?

Ouch. That is not good. It isn't the worst, but I was hoping Milwaukee wouldn't reach that many murders this year.

Actually 66 homicides through the middle of october is a very good thing for Milwaukee, compare to other years

True, but that is only 5 away from a tie with last year. I don't want to see Milwaukee get 80 murders.

It comes and goes. Where can I look to see where these occur? I would bet that unfortunately there are probably one, two or three zipcodes where most of these things happen.
