I am going to be moving to Milwaukee soon, and have been looking at apartments in the downtown area. After my research I have narrowed it down to three possibilities: Yankee Hill Apartments, City Green Apartments, and East Pointe Commons.

I am 22, so I am looking for and apartment in a fun area (i.e. close to the bar and music scenes), but I also want to make sure that the apartment itself is nice.

If anyone has any information on any of the above apartments, or other places to look at, I would really appreciate it! Thanks everyone!

I prefer to live on a busy street rather than a quiet side street. City Green and Yankee Hill and east pointe commons aren't in the heart of any nightlife district but it's close enough. You could try finding a place right on Milw.St or on East Brady or Third Street or on Water street in the Third Ward to be right in the thick of it. Either way you will be close enough. I would go for height, meaning I would chose an apartment that has the nicest view. Otherwise I would check craigslist or newspaper classifieds for an apartment right on a nightlife street.
