Jimmy John's delivers. There aren't all that many places, other than pizza places, that deliver around the metro though.

Some of this depends on where in Edina you're located. Kwan's at 54th and Penn delivers (Chinese); they're technically located in Minneapolis, but are pretty close to the Edina border. We like Fireside Pizza in Richfield; they're also close to the border, and cover some parts of Edina. Davanni's is a local chain that offers pizza and hoagies. They have an Edina location that delivers. If you live near the SW Minneapolis/Edina border I know there are a bunch of places on the Minneapolis side that deliver; a lot of them are Italian (not just pizza). I know there's a new Pizza Luce in Hopkins that covers part of Edina; you can even order online.

Delivery options here are awful. A definite negative.

Yes, they are; a couple of delivery companies have from time to time popped up to provide outsourced delivery options to local restaurants, but as far as I know none are operating now. I've never really understood that, since on these cold and dark winter nights the last thing I want to do is trek out into the snow to go out to eat! Presumably not everyone in the Twin Cities enjoys cooking every night, and gets tired of having the primary delivery options being pizza or Chinese. Some parts of the metro area are pretty good for delivery options, but Edina (and the surrounding area) is not one of them.

China Garden near 50th and France delivers, and I've heard praises from many family members who live in cities such as Cleveland and San Francisco that it's some of the best Chinese delivery they've ever had. Otherwise, like mentioned above, Fireside Pizza and Davanni's are the two better pizza deliveries near Edina (by far). But like another poster mentioned, delivery in general kind of sucks and if you're from NYC or straight out of college, Edina is NOTHING like that! But I really appreciate delivery, especially with baby!!

Depends where you are. towards 50th and France you've got New China Wok, Davanni's, Broder's, etc., not to mention the chain pizza places.
