Anyone know of any complexes that rent studios for $450 or with utilities for $550 or less?

I'll be attending UMN as a transfer student after falling in love with Twin Cities, Minnesota!

If not that, any sites besides craigslist for finding a roommate if that fails? I am having bad luck with that site :O

Where exactly are you looking? East-Bank, West-Bank, ect? And how close to campus do you want to be?

I would think that the housing office at the U would have some kind of apartment board or roommate search assistance. Have you tried there?

You can also look for stuff around zip code 55108, the Saint Paul campus. The connector bus runs between both campuses every 5 minutes most of the year, most of the times you'd want to use it. It's a bit quieter than over on the Minneapolis campus, and possibly a bit cheaper.

I'll be at the West/East bank campus mainly.

I looked at the housing listings but most are looking for females only :|

I live on the West Bank in a complex that has studios for about $600, pricey, I know. And two bedroom places are under $500.

2-3 bedroom places are much more likely to be in that range, just for being able to split rent.
