I am interested in any info on the proposed commercial development on the southeast corner of Lexington Ave and 694. Does anyone know what restaurants and stores are planned?

Sounds like it's not really planned to much of an extent yet:
Business

And it sounds to be pretty small. Initially a restaurant, then maybe a 14,000 square foot store as well. And maybe a credit union.

I hope a Dunn Bros. goes in there. I'm sick of living between two Caribous and a Target Starbucks! An article in the Shoreview Press was a little more detailed. It sounds like the tenants will be "upscale".

They're trying to get a Trader Joe's but it's a long shot. Apparently TJ's is looking for a location in the northeast part of the metro.
