i really want to stay here in edina. but with 3 kids and only a 2 bedroom not sure its a possiblity. all the 3 bedrooms ive looked at are around $1500 and up. last thing i want to do is jump from paying $985 for $1500. right now im in a great situation, 985 for rent, all utilties paid for including basic cable. i only pay electric. easy commute to job in bloomington. girlfirend easy commute to job in edina. kids love the school in richfield. im walking distance to everything you can name. target, edinborough park, chuck e cheese, galleria, southdale mall. its great not having to drive all the time. right now my baby is only 6 months. but eventually im gonna have to get a 3bedroom. and i have a feeling it wont be in edina. its just way too costly.

Edina certainly can be expensive. Have you perhaps considered parts of Richfield, Hopkins, or St. Louis Park? They might offer cheaper rents and still are not far from Bloomington for commuting purposes. Sections of them are also walkable to stores, restaurants, etc.
