Hey everyone - I'm looking for the best spot to go see the fall colors among all Twin Cities suburbs. Is there a certain spot or area that you've encountered that is worth the drive to? If any of you could let me know, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

I love driving up the St. Croix river for the fall colors but even just a day in Stillwater is worth it.

Highway 13 runs roughly from Mendota Heights/near the airport to southern MN. I think she meant the part of 13 that runs along the Mississippi in the Eagan area. Pretty much anywhere along the rivers in MN is a good spot to see fall colors. The drive on Lexington Ave in Eagan near Cliff Ave is especially pretty with the concentration of trees in the parks there too.

I would recommend a run/walk/bike down the River Road Areas in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Start from the Franklin or Lake Street Bridge areas and work your way south to the Ford bridge. The views are amazing, and there are always a bunch of people out and about!
