Hello, I've decided to move to the twin cities, before years ends, to gain residency, ASAP. My question is since I will be going to MCTC before moving on to UM, where should I be looking to find a place, if I factor in location, and or transit accessibility, and $$$? Ideally I am looking to pay no more than $600-$650 a month for rent. If there are any solid neighborhoods or specific properties in which anyone can recommend I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

There are lots of studios in Loring Park (right by campus) for that price. I'd start there.

Thanks so much. Loring Park seems like the perfect area. I am a little surprised at how many folks in Minneapolis don't allow dogs in their properties, but I'm sure I'll find a place for me and my little guy.
