At one time there was a big Romanian community in North End St. Paul. There's a Romanian Orthodox church (St. Mary) just up the street from us, and we have a nice view of the onion dome from our upstairs window. As others have mentioned, Moscow on the Hill is a popular St. Paul restaurant here in the Cathedral Hill area.

There is a pretty sizable Russian population in Apple Valley/Rosemount area.

I happen to know two Ukrainians who live in Apple Valley, so this makes sense.

Let me heartily agree with the post suggesting the Russian Tea House! I have been enjoying their food since the 1980s and it still provides a delicious, rib-sticking feast.
